Two jobs, one look. Name wedges and signage tell people who sits where; portfolios, card holders and pen sets go out the door with a name on them. Ordered together they read as one considered fit-out rather than five separate purchases.

How an office order runs
Send the names and titles. We’ll do the floor.
Name and title as they should appear — and tell us if titles differ between the wedge and the door.
Font, size, logo position and material locked in as your standard, then held on file.
Nothing is engraved until you sign off the spelling of every name and title.
Each piece checked against your list and labelled, so they can be placed without opening every box.
Email the name and the new title. It comes back matching the rest.
Office pricing
The more you order, the less you pay per piece.
Volume pricing applies across the whole order, so desk wedges, portfolios, journals and client gifts ordered together all count toward the same total — which is what makes fitting out a floor in one go cheaper than doing it desk by desk.
The part everyone forgets
Titles change more often than desks do.
Promotions, new starters, a name change, a rebrand — desk pieces are replaced in ones and twos for years after the fit-out. Your layout, font, logo artwork, material and finish stay on your account, so the wedge ordered for a promotion in March matches the forty produced two years ago.
Layout, font and material locked as your standard
Logo artwork held and reused
Single reorders match the original run
New titles produced without a re-brief
Replacements for damaged pieces
Handover when the office manager changes

Good to know
Desk & executive questions.
What should a desk wedge actually say?
Name on the first line, title on the second, is the standard and reads best from a metre away. Some offices add the logo, some add pronouns or a department. Whatever you choose, we keep it consistent across the floor — a mix of formats is what makes a fit-out look ad hoc.
Timber or leatherette?
Timber reads more formal and suits boardrooms, partners and reception. Leatherette is lighter, cheaper across a large team and matches the portfolios and coaster sets. Plenty of offices use timber for the executive floor and leatherette everywhere else — held on file as two standards.
Can I order a single wedge when someone is promoted?
Yes. Supply the artwork once and we keep it on file for every future order. Vector artwork is ideal; we can work from a good-quality image if that is what you have.
Can you engrave our logo on desk pieces?
Yes, and it is usually the piece that makes a program feel generous. Finalist awards count toward the same volume total as the winners, which is what keeps them affordable.
Do you supply office door and room signage as well?
Tell us what you need and we will confirm what we can supply and how it fixes to the door.
Can the whole desk set match?
Yes, and it is worth doing. Wedge, portfolio, journal, coasters and card holder produced from the same artwork read as one fit-out. They also count toward the same volume total.
Can you gift box executive pieces?
Yes. Portfolios, pen sets and boxed coaster sets can be presented ready to hand over, which matters for client gifts and farewells.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We issue a tax invoice with our ABN and GST, invoice against your purchase order number, and businesses ordering regularly can be set up with account terms.
Order for your office
Fitting out desks, or gifting clients?
