Club ordering questions.
How far ahead should we order for presentation night?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a standard club order with engraving. Tell us your presentation date and we work back from it — larger perpetual and honour-board pieces need longer.
Can you add this season’s winner to our existing perpetual trophy?
Yes. Send a photo and the details and we match the plate style, engraving and finish so the new addition sits seamlessly alongside the originals.
Do you engrave the club logo?
Yes — supply artwork once and we keep it on file for every future order. Vector files are ideal; we can work from a good-quality image if that’s all you have.
What if a name is spelt wrong on the list?
You approve a digital proof before anything is engraved, so mistakes get caught while they cost nothing. Changes at proof stage are free.
Can we order in one go and pay on invoice?
Clubs and associations ordering in volume can be set up with account terms. Start a club order and our team will organise it.
Do you deliver to regional clubs?
Yes, Australia-wide, with New Zealand shipping on request. Free shipping applies on orders over $100.
