How fast can you turn an order around?
It depends on quantity and engraving, but fast turnaround is the whole point — tell us your presentation date in the form and we’ll confirm we can hit it before you commit. Got a tight deadline? Call 1300 210 367 and we’ll talk it through straight away.
Do I see the engraving before it's cut?
Always. You approve a full proof of every name, logo and line of text before anything is engraved. Nothing gets cut until you’ve signed off — so there are no surprises on presentation night.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — we look after single perpetual shields and full-season club orders alike. Free shipping within Australia kicks in on orders over $100.
Can you use our club or school logo?
Yes. Send your logo with the brief (or after) and we’ll set it up for engraving or printing. If you don’t have a usable file, our team can help sort it.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
We ship Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $100. We can also ship to New Zealand — ask us for a delivery quote.
I ordered last year — can you just repeat it?
That’s the easiest kind of order. We keep your team lists and winner records on file, so a reorder is mostly a matter of confirming this year’s names. Use the existing-order option above or call us.
