How far ahead should we order school awards?
Three to four weeks is comfortable for a full speech night or graduation order with engraving. Tell us the presentation date and we work back from it — perpetual updates and honour boards need longer.
Can we send student names in a spreadsheet?
Yes. A spreadsheet with one row per award — student name, award category and year level — is the fastest way for us to lay out the engraving consistently.
Can we approve the engraving before production?
Yes. You approve a digital proof before anything personalised is engraved, so spelling and formatting are checked while changes still cost nothing.
Can you update our existing perpetual trophies?
Yes. Send a photo and the details and we match the existing plate style, engraving and finish so this year’s recipient sits seamlessly alongside the previous ones.
Can you match awards we ordered in previous years?
Where the style is still available we can match it exactly; where it is not, we will offer the closest current equivalent and show you a proof before committing.
Can we order sports, academic and graduation awards together?
Yes, and it usually works out cheaper — volume pricing applies across the whole order rather than per category.
Can you engrave our school logo or crest?
Yes. Supply the artwork once and we keep it on file for future orders. Vector artwork is ideal; we can work from a good-quality image if that is what you have.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $100. Tell us the presentation date and we schedule delivery ahead of it.
