How long does an order take?
Stock trophies and medals with standard engraving turn around quickly; bulk, perpetual and custom pieces need more lead time. Tell us your awards-night date and we’ll work back from it so everything arrives in good time.
Can you match or extend an existing trophy?
Usually, yes. Send us a photo and the details and we’ll match the style, plates and engraving so new additions sit seamlessly alongside the original — ideal for perpetual and honour-board awards.
Will I see a proof before engraving?
Always. We email a digital proof for sign-off before anything is engraved, so every name, date and detail is exactly right. Nothing goes to production without your approval.
Do you engrave logos, and what files do you need?
Yes. Vector files (EPS, AI, PDF or SVG) give the cleanest result; a high-resolution PNG or JPEG works for most jobs. We’ll confirm how your logo will appear on your proof.
Is there a minimum order, and do you offer bulk pricing?
There’s no minimum for most items, and quantity pricing applies to larger and recurring orders. Ask our team for a quote — bulk and annual programs are what we do best.
Do you ship across Australia and to New Zealand?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand, with free shipping on orders over $100. Our showroom is at 27 Benalla Road, Shepparton VIC, open Monday to Friday.
