Where are you based?
We have a working showroom and workshop at 27 Benalla Road, Shepparton, Victoria, open Monday to Friday 9am–5pm. We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand.
Is engraving included?
Engraving and shipping are free on orders over $100. We send an engraving proof for your approval before anything is cut, so you sign off exactly what you’ll receive.
Do you handle bulk and club orders?
Yes. We supply clubs, schools, councils and businesses with volume pricing, and our Awards Management Portal keeps team lists, categories and perpetual trophy history organised year after year.
How long does delivery take?
We time delivery to your presentation or speech night. Turnaround depends on the order and engraving — contact us with your date and we’ll confirm.
Are you Australian owned?
Yes. Champion is Australian-owned and family-run, and has been since 1984. Our engraving is done in-house in our own workshop.
