Full colour if the logo matters, engraved laminate if durability and price matter. Everything else is a variation on those two — and whichever you choose becomes your standard, produced from the same specification every time.

The range
Two badge types cover almost every team.
The one most teams want
Full-Colour Printed Badges
Your logo reproduced in brand colours, gradients and photographic detail — printed into the surface so it doesn’t scratch off. The choice when the badge is doing brand work as well as naming someone.
Hard-wearing and economical
Engraved Laminate Badges
Two-layer laminate cut through to a contrasting core. Tough, light, inexpensive in volume and easy to replace — the workhorse for large teams and high turnover.
From $4.40 · in stock
Engraved Metal Badges
Laser-engraved metal in a slim profile. A premium, more formal option for executive, professional and front-desk roles rather than the everyday team badge.
From $5.15 · four colours
Leatherette Badges
A softer finish in black, pink, khaki and rose — a niche alternative suited to salon, boutique and hospitality teams.
Ask before you order
Backing Options
Magnetic, pin or combination fittings. Worth deciding before the first order — uniforms and lanyards suit different fittings, and mixing them across a team causes problems later.
The part that saves time
Reorders on File
Your artwork, layout, badge type and backing held on your account, so a single badge for a new starter matches the ones ordered two years ago.

Who’s wearing them?
The right badge depends less on the industry than on what it’s worn on and how often it’s replaced. Start from your team.

How a team order runs
Send the staff list and the logo. We’ll badge everyone.
Names as you want them shown, plus your logo — vector artwork gives the best colour reproduction.
Badge type, colours, font, logo position and backing locked in as your standard, then held on file.
Nothing is engraved until you sign off the layout and the spelling of every name.
Printed or engraved, then checked back against your list, so nobody arrives on Monday without one.
Email the name. It comes back matching the rest, without re-supplying anything.
Team pricing
The more you order, the less you pay per badge.
Volume pricing applies across the whole order, so badging a team at once costs less per person than doing it in batches. Below those tiers there is still no minimum — one badge is a perfectly good order, and it will match the rest.
The part everyone forgets
The badge you order in March should match the batch from two years ago.
Badges are the one item ordered in ones and twos forever — every new starter, every name change, every lost badge. Your artwork, colour values, layout, badge type and backing stay on your account, so a single reorder is a name in an email rather than a re-brief — and the colour comes back the same, which is the part that goes wrong when a badge is re-quoted from scratch.
Brand colours recorded and reproduced
Logo artwork held and reused
Badge type, layout and backing on record
Single reorders match the original batch
Replacements for lost badges
Handover when the office manager changes

Customer evidence

Good to know
Name badge questions.
Full colour or engraved — which should we choose?
Full colour if your logo uses more than one or two colours, a gradient or fine detail, because it is reproduced exactly as your brand uses it. Engraved laminate if the badge needs to be hard-wearing and inexpensive across a large or high-turnover team. Metal is the premium option for executive and front-desk roles rather than the everyday badge. Tell us what the logo looks like and how the badge will be worn, and we will recommend one.
Will the colours match our brand exactly?
Send your brand colours with the artwork and we match to them, then show you a proof before anything is produced. The values are kept on file, so a badge ordered years later comes back the same colour rather than being re-matched from scratch.
Can I order a single badge for one new starter?
Yes. There is no minimum, and because your layout is on file the single badge matches the batch the rest of the team received — same font, same size, same logo position.
Magnetic or pin backing?
Magnetic avoids putting holes in uniforms and is the usual choice for hospitality, retail and healthcare. Pin is more secure on heavier fabric and blazers. Magnetic fittings carry a pacemaker warning and are not suitable for everyone, so give staff the choice where it matters. Either way, decide once — a team running a mix of both is awkward to manage.
Can you put our logo on the badge?
Yes — printed in full colour, or engraved on laminate and metal. Supply the artwork once and we keep it on file for every future badge. Vector artwork is ideal; we can work from a good-quality image if that is what you have.
What should the badge actually say?
First name alone is the most common and the friendliest for customer-facing teams. Name plus role works better where the visitor needs to know who does what. We will lay out whichever you choose and keep it consistent.
How long do badges take?
Tell us if you have a start date to hit and we will work back from it.
Someone’s name has changed, or a badge was lost. Can we replace just that one?
Yes, and it will match the original. Replacements are the most common name badge order there is.
What do badges cost?
Price depends on the badge type, the size and the quantity. Volume pricing applies from 25 units, and the more you order at once the less each badge costs.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $100. Badges can be sent to one address or split across sites.
