Event pricing
The more you order, the less you pay per award.
Volume pricing applies across the whole event, so category awards, finalist pieces, speaker gifts and sponsor recognition all count toward the same total. A national series ordered together counts as one program, not five separate events.

Event ordering questions.
How far ahead do you need the run sheet?
Six to eight weeks for a custom-designed award, three to four to re-run an existing design. If your date is tighter than that, call us — we would rather tell you honestly whether it can be made than take the order and miss it.
Can you deliver to the venue on our bump-in day?
Yes. We deliver to the venue, the production office or the AV store on the day you nominate, boxed by category and labelled in presentation order. We schedule for the day before the event rather than the morning of it.
What if a category or recipient changes at the last minute?
Because the design and engraving format stay on file, a late piece can be matched to the original. Tell us as soon as you know and we will tell you what is still achievable before the date.
How do you keep award winners confidential?
Pieces are boxed, sealed and labelled by category rather than by name, so nobody handling them at bump-in knows the result. We can also supply blank pieces for the presentation and engrave the winners afterwards.
Can you supply speaker gifts as well as the awards?
Yes, and it is worth ordering them together — speaker gifts, sponsor pieces and finalist awards all count toward the same volume total as the category awards.
Can you produce branded presentation boxes?
Yes. Lined boxes carrying the event mark, sized to the piece — which also matters for delegates flying home with an award in hand luggage.
We run the same event in several cities. Can you handle that?
Yes. One design, produced once and split by city, delivered to each venue on its own date — and the whole series counts as a single volume order.
Do you invoice the agency or the client?
Either. We issue a tax invoice with our ABN and GST to whichever entity is engaging us, and agencies producing multiple events a year can be set up with account terms.
