How do you keep the winners confidential?
Engraved awards are boxed, sealed and labelled by category rather than by name, so nobody handling them on the night knows the result. If your program prefers, we supply blank pieces for the presentation and engrave the winners afterwards.
How far ahead should we order for the awards night?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a full program that includes a custom-designed award. An existing design being re-run for another year needs three to four.
Can you design a trophy specifically for our program?
Yes. We design a family of awards around your program’s mark, set the hierarchy through size and material, and hold the approved design on file for future years.
Can you supply a finalist award for everyone shortlisted?
Yes, and it is usually the piece that makes a program feel generous. Finalist awards count toward the same volume total as the winners, which is what keeps them affordable.
What happens if a finalist is added late?
Because the design and engraving format stay on file, a late addition can be matched to the original and produced without re-supplying artwork.
Can you engrave our sponsors’ logos on the awards?
Yes. Sponsor marks can be applied to the award, the base or the presentation box — tell us what has been promised in the sponsorship agreement and we will lay it out.
Can you deliver directly to the venue?
Yes. Awards arrive boxed in run-sheet order, labelled by category and timed to land the day before the event rather than on the morning.
Do you invoice the organiser or the sponsor?
Either. We issue a tax invoice with our ABN and GST to whichever entity is funding the program, and organisers running an annual program can be set up with account terms.
