product guarantee
We guarantee that all orders up to 50 trophies will be ready for shipment within 10 days. This guarantee does not cover or include the actual freight of the products from our production facility to your delivery location.
price beat guarantee
We guarantee where a customer proves documentary evidence that they have received a better price oer for an identical product based on the same purchase quantity that we have quoted then we will beat their quoted price for said product and quantity by 5%.
money back guarantee
As a customer if you are not happy with the quality of our work specifically relating to mistakes pertaining to engraving defects or if quality defects are identified in the trophies you have purchased and we, Champion Awards and Trophies agree that engraving defects in question are a result of our work and not related to miscommunication or incorrect information being provided to us or if we agree that the quality of the trophies in question is not to our agreed quality standards then we will provide 100% of the purchase cost for the specific items only. This guarantee does not extend to the entire order value for all products within the order but only the products where we agree there is a quality defect.
