The material decides the finish. Timber and leather take a warm burned mark, glass frosts white, and powder-coated metal cuts back to bright steel underneath — so choose the piece for the person, and we’ll tell you how the engraving will read on it.

Buying one gift?
Choose the piece, tell us what it should say, and approve the proof before we cut.

The range
Six families cover almost every gift.
The one people use weekly
Timber Boards & Kitchen
Chopping and serving boards, cheese sets, pizza and beer paddles, coasters. Timber takes the deepest, warmest mark of anything we engrave.
For the toast, and after it
Glassware & Barware
Wine and champagne glasses, whisky tumblers, beer steins, decanters. The laser frosts the surface white, so the engraving reads even when the glass is full.
Carried every day
Drink Bottles & Tumblers
Powder-coated stainless bottles, travel mugs and flasks. The coating cuts back to bright steel, which is why these look far more expensive than they cost.
Desk and pocket
Leather & Desk Gifts
Wallets, journal covers, valet trays, card holders, keyrings and pens — the practical gift for someone who does not want an ornament.
Kept, not used
Keepsakes & Frames
Photo frames, memory and ring boxes, slate pieces and acrylic blocks — for the occasions where the gift is the memento rather than the object.
You supply it, we mark it
Engraving Your Own Item
Send us something you already own or bought elsewhere and we’ll mark it — including bare stainless and aluminium, so hip flasks, pocket knives, tools and watch backs are all on the table. Tell us what it is before you post it.

What we have to say no to
PVC and vinyl release chlorine gas that damages the machine and is unsafe to breathe. Polycarbonate scorches and yellows, ABS melts, and galvanised or zinc-coated metal gives off harmful fumes. If your item is unmarked plastic and you’re not sure what it is, send us a photo before posting it — we would rather tell you than ruin something you can’t replace.

How it runs
Tell us what it should say. Approve it before we cut.
Email the list or upload a spreadsheet — one row per award.
Names, categories and years set out consistently across every piece.
Nothing is engraved until someone at the club signs it off.
Awards arrive sorted by category so the night runs to order.
Gift-boxed if it’s going straight to the person, or packed as a set if it’s a group.
Gifting in volume
The more you order, the less you pay per gift.
Volume pricing applies across the whole order, so a client gifting run, a wedding party and a staff Christmas order all count toward the same total. Below those tiers there’s still no minimum — one engraved board is a perfectly good order.
Why engraving beats printing
A printed gift wears off. An engraved one doesn’t.
Engraving removes material rather than sitting on top of it, so the mark lasts as long as the object does — through the dishwasher, the toolbox and twenty years on a desk. It is also why the proof matters: there is no undo.
Permanent — it cannot rub or wash off
No ink, so nothing to fade or peel
Reads as made-for-them, not merchandise
Individual names across a whole set
Your logo alongside the personal message
Artwork kept on file for repeat gifting

Good to know
Engraved gift questions.
Can you engrave something I already own?
Usually, yes — it depends entirely on the material. Timber, glass, leather, slate, acrylic, coated metal and bare stainless steel or aluminium all work. Send us a photo and tell us what it is made of before you post it, and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.
Can you engrave bare stainless steel or aluminium?
Yes. Bare metal is treated with a laser marking spray that bonds a permanent black mark into the surface under the beam — it will not wear or wash off. It is a different look from coated metal, where the laser cuts the coating back to bright steel, so tell us which finish you want. Hip flasks, pocket knives, tools, cutlery and watch backs are all workable.
What can’t be engraved?
PVC and vinyl are the firm no — they release chlorine gas that is unsafe and damages the machine. Polycarbonate scorches, ABS melts, and galvanised or zinc-coated metal gives off harmful fumes. Unmarked plastics are a risk, so ask first rather than posting something you can’t replace.
Is the engraving dishwasher safe?
The mark is cut into the material, so it cannot wash off. Whether the item itself belongs in a dishwasher is a separate question — timber boards should be hand washed and oiled regardless of engraving.
Can I see it before it’s engraved?
Yes, and you should. We send a digital proof showing the wording, the font and the position on the piece. Engraving is permanent, so nothing is cut until you approve it.
Can every gift in a set have a different name?
Yes. Individual names across a set cost no more than the same message repeated — send the list and we will lay them out consistently.
How long does it take?
Tell us the date you need it by and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Can you gift box and send it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Tell us it is a gift and we box it accordingly, with the invoice sent to you rather than packed with the parcel.

Know the occasion but not the gift?
Tell us who it’s for, the occasion and roughly what you want to spend. We’ll come back with two or three options that suit, and a proof before anything is cut.
