The Challenge
One Night, Twelve Very Different Grades
Casey Basketball Association runs age groups from Under-10s through to seniors, all recognised at a single combined presentation night at the end of the season. That meant finding a way to make participation trophies for the youngest players and a serious perpetual trophy for the club’s top individual award feel like part of the same coherent program — not a random mix of whatever looked available.
The association also wanted a perpetual Club Champion cup that could be handed on year after year, alongside enough individual trophies and medals to cover every grade without blowing out the budget.

A Structured Award Set Across Every Grade
Junior Participation Trophies
190mm resin figure trophies for Under-10s through Under-14s — sized and priced to suit a large junior roster.
Best & Fairest Awards
275mm trophies for senior grade Best & Fairest and Most Valuable Player — the most commonly ordered size for standout individual recognition.
Perpetual Club Champion Cup
A metal cup with an expandable nameplate base, handed on each year with the new champion’s name added.

The committee finalised all 12 grades’ award categories and winners well ahead of the engraving deadline.

Submitting all grades in a single order meant the whole association’s order qualified for a better bulk pricing tier.

A single proof round caught a name typo
One player’s name was corrected before production, avoiding a last-minute scramble before the night.

The Result
One Night, Every Grade Recognised
All 12 grades were recognised in a single, well-paced presentation night — junior participation trophies handed out early, building up to the senior Best & Fairest awards, and finishing with the Club Champion perpetual cup handover. The association has ordered with Champion every season since, using the same trophy styles and sizes each year so the awards feel consistent across grades and seasons.
