Send the award list and the numbers
Award names, age groups and rough quantities. If you have last year’s program, that is enough to start — it usually tells us more than a spreadsheet does.

We set the heights against the placings
One series, stepped so champion, runner-up and third read as different awards on the table. Best and fairest and the named awards sit above them again.

You approve the proof
Nothing is engraved until you sign off the plate layout and the spelling of every name and award on the list.

We engrave and check
Plates engraved in our own workshop, fitted, then checked back against your list so nobody goes home without one.

Most clubs order age group by age group as each season ends, and pay a setup on every one. Order the whole night together — same series, different engraving — and it is one setup, one freight charge and one proof to approve.

Getting it right
What to work out before you order.
These are the decisions that settle a trophy order, and having them sorted early is what keeps a presentation night from going wrong.
Size
How tall each placing should be
Up to 200mm for every player, 200–300mm for the graded awards, 300mm and over for the award of the night. Height carries from the back of a hall; engraved detail does not.
Budget
Where the money should go
Most nights are better served by one consistent series across the board and a single crystal award at the end than by spreading the same spend evenly across everything.
Wording
What goes on the plate
Recipient, award title, organisation, year — in that order, roughly 20–40 characters a line over two to four lines. It reads properly on a plate and still reads properly in twenty years.
Artwork
What logo file to send
Vector artwork engraves and prints sharpest at plate size. If all you have is the logo off your website, send it anyway — we’ll tell you whether it will hold up.

Trophy questions.
Is the engraved plate included in the price?
Yes — engraving is free on the trophies we sell. Send the list of names and awards, we set the plates out, email you a digital proof, and fit them before the trophies ship. Nothing is engraved until you have signed the proof off, because engraving is the one step that cannot be undone.
How tall should the winner’s trophy be?
Think in three bands rather than one ladder. Up to 200mm is the every-player trophy — it reads on a shelf and the plate does the work. 200–300mm is where the graded awards sit: visible from a stage and still liftable by a ten-year-old. Above 300mm is the award of the night, one or two per presentation, after which height stops adding meaning and starts adding freight. Our buying guide works through it properly.
Can we put the club logo on the trophy?
Yes, on the plate or on a printed insert in the base or the figure, depending on the series. Send the logo once and we hold the artwork on file so every order after that comes back with the same crop and colours.
What is a perpetual trophy, and can you add to ours?
A perpetual trophy stays at the club and gets a new engraved plate each year rather than being handed over for good. Bring us the one you already have — we can add plates, and re-base it when the existing base has run out of room.
Do you supply trophies for sports you don’t list?
Usually. The listed sports are the ones with a stock figure. Anything else runs on a generic series with the sport engraved or printed, which is how we cover codes no supplier has ever made a figure for.
How long do trophies take?
It depends on stock, on how much engraving is involved and on whether anything is being made to order. Tell us your presentation date when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable — before you order, not after.
Someone’s name was spelled wrong, or a trophy was damaged. Can we get one?
Yes. Because the series, heights and plate layout are on file we can produce a single replacement that matches the rest of the set exactly.
Can we mix trophies and medals across one night?
That is how most clubs run it — trophies for placings and named awards, medals for participation and age groups. Order them together and it is one quote, one proof and one delivery.
What do trophies cost?
It moves with the series, the height and the quantity, so a real number needs the specifics. Send the award list, the numbers and your presentation date and you will get a written quote rather than a range.

Yes, Australia-wide. Orders are engraved in our own workshop in Shepparton, Victoria, and regional and interstate clubs are most of what we ship.
